This Zesty “Cheesy” Kale & Crunchy Sriracha Chickpea Bowl is really easy to make, tastes amazing, is filling, crunchy and satisfies my “crunchy, salty, savoury” cravings.

Zesty “Cheesy” Kale & Crunchy Sriracha Chickpea Bowl
This is actually two of my recipes combined to create a super simple and fast lunch or supper option. I enjoy this on top of a fresh salad (for supper), with a side of roasted root veggies (for lunch), on top of cooked quinoa (for lunch), on its own or served with a side of roasted cauliflower (for supper) .
This recipe is super easy – I just used my Crunchy Sriracha Chickpeas (I skipped the lime for this time) recipe (found here) and my Sauteed Cheesy Kale Recipe (found here).
Roast your chickpeas following the instructions in the recipe and in the last 7-10 minutes put your Cheesy Kale in the oven. Remove both when the time is up, combine, serve them how you wish with what you wish and enjoy.
Boom. That simple.
This recipe is dairy free, grain free, gluten free, vegan, high fibre, super yummy and a wonderful clean very flexible recipe.
