I am in love with this unicorn food movement! If you haven’t heard it is basically vibrant colored foods that look magical being called “unicorn recipes”.
I have always been a fan of unicorns.
This smoothie is just one of many vibrant smoothies I have coming to the blog that will fall under the unicorn category.
It is a healthy take on the current unicorn frappuccino craze.
This recipe is easy to make and beautiful vibrant. It is wonderful for adults and kids alike.
Unicorn Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Handful Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
- Dash of Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Sun Warrior Protein Powder (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
Directions:
- Place all ingredients excluding blueberries and raspberries into your food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place blueberries into the bottom of your glass.
- Top with blended mixture.
- Blend raspberries until smooth. Add to top of your smoothie.
- Add 1 dollop of coconut whipped cream (optional).
