In today’s episode I am (for the first time) spilling how I dramatically shrunk my waist.
I tell you the truth about what works, what is a waste of money/time & how you can do this too.
I was once called a “pot bellied pig”, mistaken to be pregnant more than once and told by a guy “I like you even tho you have a gut.” (full stories will be told on the podcast)
Yup, I changed my body shape/genetics after years of doing it the wrong way/believing I couldn’t and if you want to, you can too.

Hi Amy and David, loved the show. Just a quick question…. You mentioned waist trainers to help remind yourself to engage your abs during exercise, can waist trainers or any compression garment help with dealing with loose skin following weight loss? For example can they help prevent further damage to tissue caused by bouncing up and down and of course gravity! Can they gently hold the loose skin in place while the body remembers where it’s supposed to be? Those of us who are little older have skin that is less elastic… Just wondering your thoughts?
