This recipe is messy and fun. You can layer this dessert how you wish having fun with the flavors and layers.
Using small jars is best for portion control. This is a great idea also for those recipes for cupcakes, cakes or muffins that don’t necessarily look pretty but are yummy. You no longer have to throw those recipes away.
For this recipe I used our Vanilla Vegan Cupcakes with Chocolate Fudge Frosting. I cut the cupcakes in half to have more of a layer, added the chocolate fudge to a pipping bag to create different textures and also layered in our raw vegan caramel sauce.
Using the recipes above you can also layer in our coconut whipped cream or mint coconut whipped cream.
Other great options for layering in these fun smashed cupcake jars would be our almond flour blueberry muffins with our coconut whipped cream topped with our raw/vegan blueberry cream cheese.
