In today’s episode we discuss a recent study published in a Journal of Family Psychology which suggests that a good night’s sleep is the key to a happy marriage. The details of the study are covered in today’s show.

Getting to know the negative effects of a poor sleep can help to build compassion for those around us. This study showed that our perceptions of our relationships can be influenced by the total number of hours we sleep.
