Simple Raw Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Sliced Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 5 Drops Liquid Stevia (or to taste)
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Raw Cashew Butter
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your food processor.
- Start by pulsing ingredients.
- Then blend until completely smooth ice cream texture.
- Place into a bowl and enjoy!
