***This recipe is a staple when I am doing the 21 Day Raw Vegan Cleanse Challenge!
For anyone just starting the 21 Day Raw Vegan Cleanse Challenge I hope you are enjoying this challenge and have embraced it.
I hope that some of these habits pour over to your everyday life. I know for me, I have felt wonderful during this challenge. I have felt light, more sharp and in-tune with my body. Another thing I have enjoyed immensely is the cool food in this crazy heat. Eating the cool food and also not turning on my oven has been wonderful.
I didn’t want to end the challenge without sharing one of my go-to fast raw meals that enjoy often. I eat this often no matter if I am meaning to eat raw or not. I love the flavors and it’s just so clean and lean.
Again, I hope you had a great time during this challenge and I can’t wait for our next one! I can say for myself this has really increased my vegetable consumption and made me more alert to the way my body reacts to whole, natural, organic, live foods. I hope the same is true for you.
I would love to hear all your great experiences during this challenge! Please leave your comments below.
This recipe is raw, veggie loaded, vegan, gluten free, easy, fast and satisfying.

DAMY Members – This is a great raw food option while doing the raw food challenge which you can enjoy for meal 3, 4 or 5. If you are having this and do eat meat or fish add 3 oz to this to make it a complete meal.
The same goes for vegetarians or vegans – if you are not doing the raw food challenge and are just having this as a regular meal add in your protein option.
These look awesome ! I love eating raw. Wondering how many avocado’s we’re to use ?
