This recipe is raw, vegan, gluten free, grain free, all natural, creamy, rich and delicious.
Raw Vegan Mayonnaise
Prep time: 2 Minutes
Yield: Makes approximately 4 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Thai Coconut Water
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup Stone Ground Mustard
- 2 Cups Cashews (or Macadamia Nuts)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!

Just for the record, most cashews listed as raw in supermarkets are not really raw. Truly raw cashews (which are cold-processed) can be bought, but they’re at least twice the price of store bought.
