In today’s episode we discuss the benefits of cardiovascular activity beyond weight loss and fitness. Breaking a sweat, getting your heart rate up and moving your body increases cognitive function and can improve overall memory. Exercise is one of the best treatments for brain health.
I go through my core recommendation for those who have never been able to lose weight. If you haven’t tried this “first step” for weight loss yet this you may be missing out on lasting change.
