Hello chocolate lovers! This is a healthy version of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Cheesecake combined. I made this recipe with whole, natural ingredients!
Yes, this is still a treat but it is a healthy treat that your body will know how to process. Not only that, this recipe contains healthy fats, lots of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. I did use some dark chocolate in this recipe but sparingly.
Keep in mind that the recommended portions of these treats are small to keep you on tract with your weight loss or lean body goals. Yes you can have a treat and still reach your physique goals!
David, my kitchen taste-tester, said that these are now his all-time favourite DAMY Treat! And believe me, he has tasted a lot of treats out of this kitchen!

Amy your killing me with all the goodies!!! I need to get the coconut flakes for the lemon one and now chocolate chips <3
I know you are going to be making these!!! XO
Finally got to make these today. Me and my mini taste tester didn’t want to wait for them to set, we had a sampling as soon as it was assembled!
Looks great, can you share the nutrition info?
You won’t find numbers here 🙂 If you want more info on why see the FAQ section at the top.
I added some extra chocolate chips(about 1/2 cup extra), took out the flax seeds and substituted sliced almonds for them. I also used cream cheese substitute by Tofutti that is 60 calories per 2 tablespoons. When I did my calculations per 18 servings the calories per bite come to about 170 calories a piece.
I will say while the recipe was good the peanut butter taste was OVERLOAD. All I tasted in the crust was peanutbutter.
Also, I found freezing overnight to be over-kill. You could easily freeze this maybe… 3 hours just to set, let it sit on the counter about 20 minutes then cut. Cutting this while frozen was a B****. Also the topping itself was severely lacking. Barely covered the crust. To tweak if I make it again, I’ll use 1/4 extra cream cheese and Greek yogurt. I’m just storing it in the fridge. Frozen was just way too cold and it seemed to make the topping taste strange/watery.
These sound heavenly!
They really are! Enjoy!
Could you please suggest what I could use instead of peanuts? Many thanks : )
Cashews or almonds would work great. Enjoy!
would you happen to have the nutrient info. carbs, fat, protein and fiber! doing weight watchers and want to calculate points thanks!
Hey Jodie! Here at DAMY Health we are “count-free”. We eat whole, natural foods diets with health portions and treats. You will not find any numbers here. For details about us and why you can check us out here http://www.damyhealth.com/faq/ Have a great day!
If you ARE a counter and happen to use a site like myfitnesspal you can input all of the ingredients and it will give you nutrient info per serving 😉
I like the “crust”, but did I do something wrong b/c the topping didn’t seem to have much flavor?
Sounds like something was off.
Could i freeze these so that i could spread out my treats?
Yes!
These Really are Amazing…! But definitely a special occasion treat…. although all clean/wholesome ingredients, the macros are a a little high to work with. 🙁 can’t be spending my entire daily fat allowance on one small treat 🙁 but excellent recipe for every now and then!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for stopping by and spreading the love 🙂
