This recipe is so easy and flexible you will want to keep it on hand. These Healthy 3 Ingredient Cookies can be used for breakfast, a snack or dessert.
They are perfect for adults who are interested in making healthier choices and for children as a super healthy treat choice.
There have been a million simple ingredient cookies on the web for years now but this is the base recipe I always turn back to.
The base only has two ingredients and you can build from there as you choose.
Some great simple ingredients I like to add to these cookies to shake things up are:
- Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Hemp or Pumpkin Seeds
- Dried Cranberries
For this recipe below I’m giving you the base, simple option. They are just sweet enough, are simple filling and satisfying.
NOTE: If you do have a sweet tooth you may want to add a few drops of liquid stevia. Again, I don’t find this necessary at all.
This recipe is vegan, super easy, high fiber and made with only three natural whole-food ingredients.

I just made these they are great Damy :() They really don’t need any extra sugar either. Half of my batch I made as the recipe says the other half I added almond butter both delicious!
Great!
How should these be stored and how long will they last?
I put mine in the fridge and they don’t ever last more then a week here. (Due to us eating them lol) Like all things natural it is best to eat them as soon a possible.
