If you are a peanut butter fan this recipe is for you!
I saw the Magnum Ice Cream Bars in my local store and thought the illustrations on the wrapper were very enticing. I wanted to create a raw/vegan version of the Double Peanut Butter “Magnum” Ice Cream Bars. The recipe turned out awesome!
I used a coconut cream and peanut butter base for the ice cream and wrapped that in a sweet peanut butter candy coating.
For the photos I then drizzled it with my coconut oil dark chocolate.
This recipe is pure decadence and a fabulous treat option. You can make these in any mold shape you desire as long as they are silicone so that you can remove them easily.
If you are more a fan of salted caramel and dark chocolate check out these unbelievably delicious ice cream bars.
I hope you enjoy these fantastic peanut butter ice cream bars!
