Sometimes you just need to have ice cream! We all know regular ice cream is a deadly cocktail when it comes to weight loss. The sugar, fat and dairy combination is so tempting but such a slippery slope. It is far from clean.
Here I’m giving you an extremely fast, satisfying, healthy ice cream recipe.
The flavor I chose to make today is Strawberry Banana. I hope you enjoy this Clean Strawberry Banana Ice Cream recipe as much as we do here at DAMY.
Clean Strawberry Banana Ice Cream (Vegan, 2 Minute Recipe and No Added Sugar)
Makes 2 Servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia of Choice)
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup of Fresh Hulled Strawberries
Option – 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
