These little bites are pure heaven. The blondie brownie is sweet with a hint of vanilla and sea salt.
The dark chocolate coating compliments the sweet earthy brownie perfectly.
These superfood brownie bites are perfect to have stored in your freezer for a quick-to-grab portion controlled treat.
This recipe is really simple to make and tastes amazing. I highly recommend this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Raw Natural Almonds
- 1 Cup Raw Natural Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Ground Flax (optional)
- 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1 Cup Large Fresh/Soft Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Dark Chocolate (for coating) or Simple Coconut Oil Chocolate (found here).
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until crumbly dough.
- Test your mixture to make sure it sticks together. If it doesn't add in one tbsp or two of warm water and continue pulsing.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet or container and place in the freezer for 2 or more hours.
- Remove from freeze and immediately coat with dark chocolate (or our simple coconut oil chocolate found here).
- Store in a sealed tight container in your refrigerator or freezer.
