I absolutely adore this recipe. It is perfect for the 21 Day Vegan Cleanse Challenge. It reminds me of my Mom’s tuna salad with the dill flavors, crunch of celery, creaminess of the raw mayo and the bite of dulse.

This recipe is raw, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, all natural and the perfect tuna salad dupe.
Raw Vegan Tuna Salad
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Soaked Raw Sunflower Seeds (ground in the food processor to tuna texture)
- 4 Stalks Celery (diced)
- 1/2 Bunch Scallions (diced)
- 2 Tbsp Dulse Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Dried Dill
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl toss all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with our Raw Vegan Mayonnaise on romaine lettuce wraps or on top of a salad.
DAMY Members – 1 Serving of Raw Vegan Tuna Salad with romaine wraps, Raw Vegan Mayonnaise and a salad is a great supper option.
Good but much healthier if you soak the sunflower seeds a4 least 4 hours or soak & sprout them before making this. That way you activate the enzymes and it is easier to digest and makes more of the nutrients available.
