This is a raw Mexican Delight! I love this recipe. It is so easy and surprisingly filling. You are free to create your own raw salsa or just pick one up at your local grocery store.
Not only is this raw (and perfect for our 21 Day Vegan Cleanse Challenge) it is extremely fast. Everyone will love the flavors of this recipe. This recipe can be served prepared or buffet style. Get creative and enjoy this wonderful raw soft taco recipe!

Raw Soft Tacos
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: Makes 3-4 Servings
Ingredients:
- DAMY Raw Veggie Ground Beef Recipe (link here)
- 8 Medium Lettuce Wraps (Whole Romaine or Spinach Leaves)
- 1 Cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- Fresh Tomato Salsa
- Fresh Diced Mango
Directions:
- Layer prepared Raw Veggie Ground Beef (approximately 1/4 Cup – 1/3 Cup per taco shell), shredded romaine lettuce, salsa and mango in your Lettuce Leaf Soft Taco Shell.
- Serve and enjoy!
