If you are a DAMY Health Bikini Body, Method or Lifestyle Member you already know about DAMY Brownie Batter. It has saved us all from mad cravings at one time or another. I’ve taken our single serving Brownie Batter, multiplied it and put it on a stick. This recipe is delicious!
This recipe is great for anyone currently trying to lose body fat, on a diet, trying to maintain weight, get fit for summer or satisfy cravings. What I love about this recipe is that it is also awesome for children. To make this recipe for kids feel free to skip the stevia and protein powder. What a great way to give your children fudgesicles that contain beneficial nutrients (fiber and vitamins mainly coming from the pumpkin puree and nut butter).
To have this recipe as a snack keep the brownie batter on a stick fudgesicles undecorated. To dress these up and serve them as a treat feel free to use the options below:
- To dress these up first you will have to fully prepare and freeze the recipe below.
- Once the fudgesicles are completely frozen you will want to dip them or drizzle them with our icy square chocolate found here.
- Do this where ever you want you toppings to stick.
Toppings I love for these fudgesicles:
- Shredded Coconut
- Plain Chocolate Drizzle
- Crushed Nuts
- Chocolate or White Chips
This recipe is vegan, gluten free, no-bake, high protein, high fiber and a guilt-free snack that tastes like a treat.

Amy: If we leave the protein powder out of your recipes (as you indicate is an option), isn’t the texture and thickness changed dramatically?
Hey Gayle,
Not are all 🙂 They are still perfectly amazing. Enjoy

Hey Amy! I just saw this on pinterest! Is this an adaptation from the recipe I shared with you? Looks yummy!

These look amazing! Are these served cold?
What’s the nutritional info for these?
Here you go! http://www.damyhealth.com/faq/#countcalories
Why is it that the only comments you didn’t respond to were the ones asking for nutrition info? O.o
http://www.damyhealth.com/faq/#countcalories
I don’t want the calorie count. I want the carb, protein and sugar amounts.
People with diabetes or other health problems might want that info. I get that you want a “stress free” way of dieting, but some diets are for other reasons.
I can’t wait to make these! Just out of curiosity, can you taste the pumpkin?
You really can not! They are awesome 🙂 You will love them!!!
When you say 7 packets of steva, do you mean single serve paper sachets like you get in coffee shops??
Yes! The packets we have are little 1g packets.
I made these with coconut milk and coconut butter (only 1/4cup) in lieu of nut butter and added 2 tbs of mini chocolate chips. They were great. Thanks for the idea
That is great Meg! So glad they turned out.
Very excited to make these !!
Enjoy Tracy!
Where can I find the recipe for the above-mentioned “DAMY Brownie Batter” – When I search and click around I’m taken to the members page without a recipe. Thanks for any help – sorry to be a pest! Getting the hang of this! 🙂
