That looks amazing, and to think it`s a good healthy source of protein and good fats: avocado!!
It is really good! You will love it!! Enjoy 🙂
After a Cinco De Mayo party last weekend I ended up with a bunch of left over limes and avocados, and I had no idea what to do with them (I can only make so much guacamole!). I stumbled on to this recipe by accident (I hadn’t been to this website before) and thought I could give it a try. It is amazing! I was happily surprised at how tasty and rich tasting this dessert was! I’m looking forward to trying more of your recipes this weekend! Thank you!
Hey Jenny!! Thank you so much for the comment-love 🙂 This recipe is a great one! I hope you have a great weekend and thank you again for stopping by and spreading the love!
I use stevia drops and loose powdered stevia – how does this compare to stevia packets? What amount is in a packet? Thanks!
Hi Vnitz,
1 Packet is 1/2 Tsp of loose powdered stevia or 1/4 tsp of liquid.
Hi! I’m new to the healthier cooking arena and have a question – what can be used in place of the stevia, which is something I choose not to use – for example, what about a little more maple syrup (don’t use agave either) or coconut sugar? Thanks!!!
Hi @130a844503b712a59431c7110cadfa21:disqus
Yes, you could use maple syrup or coconut sugar in place of the stevia.
Hi, I don’t use Stevia either, or Agave, happy to use maple syrup or raw honey, but what do I use to replace the Stevia. I would really like to try this recipe! thanks
Yes those are both great options!
I have a bulk bag of stevia, not the packets. I wonder how many teaspoons measure a packet of stevia since I do not have individual packets? Does anyone know how I can go about finding this measurement out?
Hi @938b91337640a0e91a3219110da66af5:disqus!
One packet is usually 1/2 tsp.
Hi Amy,
I can’t wait to try this! I want to make this for my husband’s birthday while we are on vacation. Do you think I could make the crust in advance (not sure our beach house will have a food processor)? Would I need to keep it cool? I think I could use a blender for the mouse ingredients. Thanks!
Hi Sara! Yes, you could make the crust in advance but you would need to keep it refrigerated. It should workout great for you!
This looks like an amazing recipe! I am a huge key lime pie fan so maybe this can be my healthier fix! 🙂 What is the serving size for DAMY Method members? I am assuming this would be used as the once per week treat option?
Is there Any substitute for stevia?
Guess I should have read the other comments 1st. Sorry.
Hi, just wondering if you know what the calories are per serve or per 100grams…
Hi Amy, I’m phasing out agave because of it’s possible bad effects on the liver. Coconut syrup is my sweetener of choice now!
