These are unbelievable!!! The only thing is that my icing was quite runny. Any suggestions? I followed the instructions to a T.
I am so happy you made them!! I love them so much. Putting the icing in the fridge for a few hours or over night does the trick!! It is so thick and creamy!!!
Just place the yogurt in a coffee filter inside a strainer over a bowl overnight or even just a few hours, the whey will drain out and the yogurt will become very thick. I do this all the time for tzatziki, it works like a charm.
Do you know the caloric/carb count on these? They sound delicious, excited to make them!
I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the icing, but I absolutely love the cupcakes! So delicious!
why dont you tell people the calorie info for any of the recipes? would be really helpful!
