This year my husband and I didn’t get away South and one thing we both really missed were those fruity tropical drinks. In our daily lives we would never have one of these tropical drinks but when you’re away they are just the best treat! So what I did to satisfy our cravings was transform one of our favourite creamy cocktails into a cool protein-packed snack. These are so refreshing! They are perfect for a hot day or just to have a piece of decadence in your day. Adults and kids alike will love this recipe. It’s a must try this week.
Make sure to come back and let me know how much you love it!

OMG AMY this is awesome. I’m obsessed with buying coconut fruit bars but this is so perfect. I am literally going to make them today! Just have to find some molds or maybe i’ll use my cupcake pan and put sticks in the center 🙂 Would it be possible to use plain yogurt too?
