I wanted to do a pregnancy cravings survival guide that takes common pregnancy cravings and puts a healthy spin on them. I am now in my 8th month of pregnancy and the recipes below have been what I have used to satisfy cravings while staying on a healthy path during this journey.

I have been loving smoothies for breakfast during my first trimester (when it was difficult to eat) and now for my mid-morning snack.
