Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax
- 1 Serving Protein Powder (I use Sun Warrior - Vanilla)
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Beet Juice (fresh)
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
