This week was a very exciting week with the successful launch of The Healthy Rebel App! In celebration of the success of the app I wanted to do an updated “Secret Avocado” Recipe Round Up.
I adore using avocados in unique ways. I’ve used them to create delicious fudgesicles, for chocolate guacamole, in simple avocado chocolate pudding and to create decadent lime mousse pies.
Avocados are rich, creamy and packed with nutrients. They are a fabulous source of healthy fats (while on the Bikini Body Program) and are a perfect substitute in many recipes for things like butter, cream, eggs and milk.
