This Brownie Bowl recipe is super simple to make and tastes fantastic. This recipe is raw vegan and contains no added sugar.
The sweetness comes from the natural sugar from the dates and stevia should you wish to add it.
The “bowl” portion of this recipe tastes like chocolate fudgy brownies and is completely dreamy! The ice cream is sweet and tangy strawberry with a cheesecake creaminess.
The combination of the two is a treat made in heaven.

Brownie Bowl with Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Sliced Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Raw Cashew Butter
- 20 Pitted Soft Fresh Medjool Dates
- 3-4 Tbsp Pure Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Dash of Salt
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 10 Drops of Liquid Stevia (optional - not needed)
- 1/2 Cup Walnut Pieces (or slivered almonds)

Directions:
- Place all brownie bowl ingredients into your food processor excluding walnuts and pulse until dough-like. (tip - if you do not have a strong food processor soak your dates in warm water for 1-2 hours before making this recipe)
- Once your bowl ingredients are fudgy dough-like fold in your walnut pieces with a spoon.
- Spray your silicone muffin molds with a non-stick cooking spray for easy removal.
- Scoop chocolate dough into each muffin mold and press down forming a bowl shape.
- Place bowls in the freezer for 2 or more hours.
- Place all ice cream ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer ice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer.
- Remove bowls from freezer, gently release from molds. Place on a plate and scoop ice cream into each bowl.
- Serve immediately.
