Who doesn’t love the earthy, sweet, rich flavors of pecan pie.
I personally have a small obsession with Pecan pie and have created a few different Pecan Pie inspired recipes including the following.
Of course all of the recipes listed below are made with only natural sugars and are created with whole, natural, vegan ingredients. Yes, you can have the flavors of rich pecan pie without feeling any guilt.

These little truffles are pecan pie perfection coated in dark chocolate. They are just dreamy!
If you are not a fan of chocolate there are some other variations of coating you can use including rolling your balls in (pecan pie balls people):
- Cocoa Powder
- Cinnamon
- Shredded Coconut
- Carob Nibs
- Hemp Seeds
This recipe is vegan, raw, no-bake, gluten free, dairy free and created with all-natural, whole ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Soft Fresh Pitted Medjool Dates (Tightly packed)
- 1 Cup Pecans
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 5 Drops of Liquid Stevia
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2-3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Directions:
- Place all pecan pie ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely mixed (still some visible pecan chunks).
- Using a mini ice cream scoop or a spoon scoop pecan pie balls (1 inch) onto a pre-chilled, parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place balls into the freezer for 2 hours.
- Over the lowest setting on your stove melt coconut oil and cocoa together to create chocolate.
- Remove pecan pie balls from the freezer and spoon chocolate over each ball.
- Enjoy immediately or place back into the freezer until serving.
