Peanut Butter Caramel Slice
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peanuts (or Almonds)
- 1/2 Cup Pitted Soft Fresh Medjool Dates
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Pre-Soaked Cashews (Drained 1-2 Hours)
- 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or 12 Drops Liquid Stevia)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 10 Fresh Soft Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Natural Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
- 10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup)

Directions:
- Spray a 6 inch spring form pan or baking dish with a healthy non-stick cooking spray.
- Place all crust ingredients into your food processor and pulse until completely mixed.
- Place into pan and press down evenly.
- Place all peanut butter ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Spread evenly over crust.
- Place all caramel ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from freezer, cut into slices and enjoy.
- Store in a sealed-tight container in the freezer.
