If you did not receive your check-in form via email no worries! You can fill it out here. Check-in days are still the same. Please return your check-ins on Saturday, Sunday or Monday (to Amy – by pressing ‘Send’ below).
The Check-In is a tool for you to reflect on your last week to see where you can improve, where you’ve succeeded and to ask any questions to your coach that you may have.
Pick a day (Saturday, Sunday or Monday) and make that your regular check-in day. The form will be sent to you every Saturday. You simply send it back on your regular check-in day.
Note (Please Read): Depending on the volume of check-ins per week it can take 24-48 hours to hear back from your check-in.
If your check-in is not sent in on the days listed above it could take up to 72 hours (or longer) to hear back. Please check-in on the days listed above to receive a response within 24-48 hours.
If you have any questions please list them clearly in the section labeled ‘do you have any specific questions this week?’.
This is the best way to get to your goal or the dream body you’ve always desired.
